Founded in 2004 by Mark Swift, it specialises in handmade-in-small-batches cupcakes (classics like vanilla, chocolate and carrot plus fun ones such as salted caramel, red velvet, jammy dodger, bubblegum and cocktail-inspired flavours), celebration cakes, cookies, brownies and loaves.
