The Cheese Wheel

Scratch Made Pasta

There's nothing more delicious than freshly-made pasta, cooked in a giant wheel of Grana Padano by The Cheese Wheel in Camden Market.

Radiating delicious smells of cheese throughout the market, it's no wonder why there's always a queue of hungry shoppers outside the tiny stall in Camden.
Cooked on-site, tagliatelli is hand-rolled and pulled though a pasta-machine, so every bowl is made fresh to order.
The pasta is then cooked in a creamy white wine, garlic & chive sauce before being spun in wheel of Grana Padano and then topped with everything from sautéed wild mushrooms, smoked pancetta lardons or even pork and leek sausages.
We tucked into the Beef Ragu Tagliatelle topped with semi dried tomato, chives and extra parmesan.
The Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle was delicious and made even more indulgent when topped with fresh burrata.
Open daily from 11-6 in Camden Lock Market, you can find out more at The Cheese Wheel website.
