Sip incredible cocktails in style with views over the city at Stanley's Rooftop Bar in Mayfair.

Located on the top floor of The Chesterfield Hotel, this relaxing and luxurious hideaway is inspired by founder Stanley Tollman's love for great hospitality, cocktails and food.

The signature cocktails are playful and refined - each telling a memory or story from Stanley’s life such as Thymes In Paris, a twist on a Bramble with Tanqueray No.10 gin infused with thyme, blackberry liqueur, lime and foam.

Though this would be amazing bar for long summer nights, it’s also incredibly cosy in the winter with space-heaters and blankets, but we can’t think of a better way to warm up than with the Chesterfield Old Fashioned with bourbon whiskey, demerara sugar, angostura and orange bitters.

Named after the man himself, Stanley’s Martini is an unforgettable take on the cocktail, inspired by his favourite treats, with Grey Goose vodka, cocoa nibs, tobacco liquor, Frangelico liqueur and a gold finish that shimmers when it's stirred.

Our favourite cocktail was the Old Blue Sky, an elegant and refreshing twist on an Old Fashioned with Johnny Walker Blue Label, elderflower, honey water and grapefruit bitters.

The bar food is equally as tempting with carefully curated small plates ideal for sharing. We loved the tender and juicy Chargrilled Tiger Prawns served with piquillo pepper salsa.

The Neal’s Yard Aged Cheddar Toastie makes an ideal late-night pick me up and nothing can beat Chicken Satay Skewers with peanut dipping sauce.
