South Beach Inspired Burgers

An acronym for South Beach, SoBe founders Tom and Alex were inspired by the downtown farm-to-table burger joints of Miami. Using pure British beef patties, they aim to create the UK's best burgers and, even if you don't eat meat, all of their burgers are available with vegan patties.

Start with the SoBe Cheeseburger with 2 aged beef patties, American cheese and SoBe sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Classic and clean, you'll love to tenderness and flavour of the beef.

Fancy something spicy? Try the Green Chilli Cheeseburger with chipotle mayo and pickled green chillies, or go fancy with a Truffle Cheeseburger with truffle mayo, dill pickles and crispy onions.

However it was the Confit Garlic Cheeseburger that stole the show with 2 patties, American cheese, confit garlic mayo and crispy onions. It was succulent, filled with flavour and we loved it!

Complete your meal with a side of skin on fries, available in a range of styles such as classic, cajun or loaded with tempting toppings.

We loved the Truffle Fries, drizzled with truffle mayo, crispy onions & chives, and the SoBE Hot Fries, pilled high with SoBE sauce, hot sauce and pickled green chilli.
