Kraken Screamfest VII: Shock Exchange

The Kraken are back again with another terrifying experience for Halloween, Screamfest VII: Shock Exchange in the Clerkenwell Catacombs.

Located in the eerie surroundings of the catacombs below Clerkenwell Prison, guests must navigate a labyrinth of unnerving environments. 

Each visitor is equipped with a heart-rate monitor to keep track of their BPM to see how calm they can stay.

Frightening creatures, haunted treasures and jump scares are hidden around every corner.

At the end, each participant is given a wristband displaying how well they coped which determines how much a cocktail will cost at the bar. Scaredy cats will pay £8 for a drink, while those with the lowest heart-rate only have to pay £3.

Each guest receives a free Kraken Adrenaline Shot when they survive the challenge with Kraken Black spiced rum, blood orange, dark plum, lemon & apple juice and a chilli, ginseng & guarana tincture.

Head to the bar for delicious cocktails including an Espresso Rumtini with Kraken roast coffee, espresso, sugar syrup and coffee bitters.

The Black Mojito is made with Kraken Black spiced rum, lime juice, soda water, sugar syrup, fresh mint and turns black as you drip a syringe of charcoal into your glass.

The Black Cherry & Cola comes served in a medicine bottle with Kraken black cherry & Madagascan vanilla, cola and fresh lime, while The Perfect Storm with Kraken Black spiced rum, ginger beer, bitters and fresh lime is garnished with lychee eyeballs.
