Keeping the diamond district caffeinated since opening on Leather Lane in 2011, Prufrock has become a neighbourhood favourite with it's hipster style and laid back attitude.

With a passion for brewing, these expertly trained baristas know everything about coffee and even run a training centre where you can learn too.

Knowing that the quality of the bean is everything when it comes to a good cuppa, Prufrock have teamed up with award winning roasting company Square Mile Coffee to supply them.

Cooked fresh daily, using local ingredients, the kitchen serves a small but ideal menu of breakfast and lunch favourites.

Topped with delicious bacon pork belly and Red Brick espresso hollandaise sauce, the Prufrock Benny was cooked to perfection as the golden yolk spilled from the Cackleberry farm poached eggs. Meanwhile, the Aubergine On Toast tasted heavenly with roasted aubergine and butter bean spread on sourdough topped with black garlic dressing, Graceburn cheese and toasted seeds.
