Challenge yourself to a 14-Hour Vampire Movie Marathon and see if you can survive.
To celebrate the launch of their new cinema, the art'otel Hoxton hosted a 14-hour movie marathon for Halloween filled with tricks and treats to delight every horror movie addict.
Kicking off at 5pm as dusk was closing in, guests made their way into the basement of the incredibly stylish hotel where an immersive, pumpkin filled space awaited.
On arrival, Kraken Blood Bag Cocktails were handed out to kick off the evening off in true vampire style.
The first film of the evening was Nosferatu followed by feeding time with a garlic feast provided by hotel resident bistro, The Brush Grand Café.
The menu included a delicious Butternut Squash Curry with basmati rice and tomato chutney, The Brush Burger with Potato Wedges topped with Bloody Mary ketchup and an incredible All-Garlic Pizza designed to ward off evil spirits.
Next up was Interview With A Vampire and the new 60 seat cinema was an incredibly comfortable place to spend the evening with fluffy dressing gowns handed out to keep guests cosy.
The marathon continued and the laughter kicked in with The Lost Boys, followed by the action-packed Blade. Unlimited popcorn and pick ’n’ mix (with gummy fangs) were available for the whole event with Popcorn Chicken and Cauliflower Bites (for vegetarian vampires) served as a midnight snack.
The final film, of course, was From Dusk Till Dawn taking us up to the early hours of the morning as dawn approached. It may sound like a challenge keeping away for such a long time but the hospitality given really helped keep everyone going.
As the end credits rolled, breakfast was served with Bloody Marys, Bacon Rolls and a full Continental Buffet to stick your fangs into.
As an added surprise, guests who survived the night were given a special keepsake of a blood filled fang necklace in a custom coffin.
