Kick off the year in style with the legendary Sunday Roast at Boxcar Bar & Grill in Marylebone.

Located a short walk from Oxford Street, Boxcar is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle with it's laid-back welcoming atmosphere. It's popular with the locals and has a lot of loyal regulars, so make sure to book ahead on the weekends.

With a menu centred around locally sourced meats and produce cooked on a charcoal grill, the dishes are high quality and delicious.

The delicious Citrus Cured Salmon was zesty and fresh with house pickles, horseradish and dill, while the Pan-Roasted Scallops were cooked to perfection with chorizo, butter beans and cavolo nero.

Ideal for Veganuary, the monthly special was a Mushroom & Beetroot Wellington which was hearty and healthy, served with a creamy portobello jus.

An absolute showstopper, the Hereford Beef Sirloin was succulent and delicious, served with charred cabbage, roasted carrots, truffle cauliflower cheese, beef fat roast potatoes and a red wine jus.
