Beth Jan Coats is an American former biathlete and cyclist. She competed at the 1992 Winter Olympics and the 1994 Winter Olympics. Coats was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and graduated from Eldorado High School. She later suffered severe injuries in a climbing accident.
