The Beef Saigon Salad is a gorgeous dish made with tender Irish pulled beef brisket served on a bed of sesame marinated glass noodles. It's topped with blanched broccoli, pickled cabbage, edamame, bean sprouts, fresh mint, toasted peanuts and served with a zesty habanero lime dressing.

Vegetarians will love The Veggie Caesar Salad with red rice, cajun spiced tempeh, shredded kale, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, pickled onions and toasted hazelnuts.

The Salmon Avocado Salad is so fresh and delicious with Manuka smoked salmon, quinoa, shredded kale, pickled cabbage, avocado, fresh parsley, toasted seeds and mango spring onion dressing. It's the perfect salad for a lunch time boost.

Our favourite pick was the Shrimp Habanero Salad. Enjoy juicy Norwegian shrimp with sesame marinated glass noodles, edamame, ginger pickled carrots, red pepper, fresh coriander, toasted peanuts, sesame seeds and habanero lime dressing.
