The Duke Of Greenwich

BBQ Summer Menu & Margarita Pop-Up

Enjoy the sunshine, cocktails, craft ales and the delicious new BBQ summer menu at The Duke Of Greenwich in Maze Hill.

Located in the leafy Maze Hill area of Greenwich, this hidden gem has become a local favourite offering craft beers on tap, exciting cocktails and inventive dishes from executive chef and co-owner, Daniel Blucert.
To kick off the summer in style, the pub will be hosting a series of pop-ups in collaboration with local breweries. We were lucky enough to try some delicious margaritas from Too Easy Beverages.
The extensive cocktail menu offers everything from a spicy Bloody Mary and delicious Coconut Daiquiri to the bar's signature Greenwich Greentime with Seedlip 108, kiwi, pear, apple, matcha green tea & ginger syrup and elderflower soda, which is available as a mocktail or with gin or vodka for an adding punch.
Moving the kitchen into the beer garden for the warmer months, enjoy the new summer menu featuring Mediterranean and Middle East fusion dishes cooked up on the BBQ and outdoor smoker.
Tuck into Harissa Houmous with black tahini, fried chickpeas and flatbread, Devilled Eggs and succulent King Scallops with beef fat breadcrumbs.
Nothing can beat a Sunday Roast served fresh from the BBQ and these come served with beef fat roasties and bottomless roasted carrots & fennel seeds, buttered kale, rainbow chard, savoy cabbage, sweet potato mash and gravy.
The Miso Grilled Kabocha Squash is a perfect plant-based option, served in a sticky glaze, sprinkled with pumpkin seeds with vegetarian friendly roast potatoes and gravy on the side.
While meat-eaters can feast in style with a choice of Smoked Rib of Beef, 28-Day Aged Silverside of Beef and Smoked Beer Can Chicken with jerk gravy to choose from.
Make sure to save space for dessert, as there's a Maze Hill Mess with strawberry, raspberry and blackberries and Peanut Butter Cheesecake that you won't want to miss.
With more pop-ups and plenty of fun in the sun to come, make sure to book your table at The Duke Of Greenwich this summer.
