Negroni Week


Step into the Stables Bar at the Milestone Hotel in Kensington and try incredible limited-edition cocktails for Negroni Week.

There’s never a bad time to pay world class mixologist and Bar Manager, Angelo Lo Greco a visit, but if you do pop into the Stables Bar between September 22 - 28, you’ll be able to try an expertly crafted Negroni menu with incredible food pairings.

The classic Negroni is mixed to perfection, served in a frozen glass with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Campari and Cocchi Vermouth.

Paired with a savoury twist on the Spanish dessert, the Chimichurri Churros are as delicious as they are unique, served hot with chive crème fraiche.

We are always in awe of Angelo’s imagination when it comes to reimagining classic drinks and inventing new cocktails, so it comes as no surprise that his offerings for Negroni Week are equally as inspired.

One of the most inventive uses of a capsule coffee machine, Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla, Campari and Cocchi Vermouth are added to the water tank and filtered through espresso coffee to create the Negroni Corretto. Topped with white chocolate foam, it makes an ideal pick me up.

You can enjoy this cocktail with a side of Tempura Mushrooms, coated in a light and crispy batter and topped with black garlic mayo. They are so moreish and one of the best canapés we’ve ever had.

The Prime Minister was our favourite as it tastes like a Negroni version of an Old Fashioned with Tanqueray 10 gin, Campari, antica formula, Minus 8 IPA vinegar and Cherry Heering. It’s sweet but strong and topped with a cherry filled chocolate truffle.

Paired with a creamy Chicken Terrine on brioche, topped with piccalilli, it was a mouthwatering combination.
