Seoul Bird X Trejo's Tacos

Fusion food is taken to the next level with Seoul Bird X Trejo’s Tacos new K-Cal-Mex collaboration menu.

Located in Westfield White City, Seoul Bird is the perfect spot to stop off for a quick meal or mid shopping spree pick-me up. Specialising in Seoul street food with a twist and famous for their Korean Fried Chicken, the menu is packed with tempting options.

Sip on a Mixed Berry Green Tea or Yuzu Green Tea while you decide what to order. They’re so refreshing and served ice cold in a trendy bag with lots of fresh fruit.

Kick off with some traditional Korean dishes like Tteokbokki which are spicy Korean rice cakes topped with creamy cheese sauce that really pack a punch.

We loved the Jap Chae Noodles and K-Fries which were so addictive, topped with melted cheese sauce, kimchi salsa, hot sauce, and garlic ranch.

There are so many options when it comes to KFC with grilled chicken thighs, fried chicken bites, tenders and wings - all served with Asian slaw, pickled radish and a sauce of your choice. You can even order a Sharing Bucket to try them all but we highly recommend the super crispy Korean Chicken Tenders coated with the spiciest Atomic Seoul sauce.

For one month only, a collaboration with Danny Trejo’s Tacos is brining Korean-California-Mexican fusion to the menu. A match made in heaven, the Korean Fried Chicken Taco is a corn tortilla topped with KFC, slaw, pico de gallo, gochujang and chipotle cream

The Bulgogi Beef Bowl is so delicious and tender, packed with flavours from each county with soy garlic and sesame marinated beef, kimchi guacamole, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, rice, slaw, tortilla chips and spicy gochujang.

Don’t despair if you don’t eat meat because there are lots of veggie friendly versions replacing chicken with Korean fried cauliflower which is just as tasty. We loved the BBQ Wrap with cauliflower glazed with bbq sauce, crispy slaw, pickles and mayo served in a flour wrap.

Try this incredible combination while you can at Westfield White City and discover the rest of the menu at the Seoul Bird website.
