Freshly-Made Pasta, Antipasti & Cocktails


Tuck into Italian antipasti, inspired pasta dishes and delicious cocktails at Pastaio in Soho. 

With a relaxed and playful vibe, Pastaio is located just off Carnaby Street, with outside seating for alfresco dinning in the summer.

Start off by sipping on an Italian cocktail like an Aperol Spritz or Campari & Soda. It's hard to resist a Negroni, and this one is served to perfection with gin, vermouth and Campari.

Perfect for cooling off a hot day, the slushy cocktails are delicious and refreshing - we loved the Amaretto Sour Slushy.  

Created by chef Stevie Parle, the menu changes with the season and is filled with delicious and inventive dishes. 

The Burrata is creamy and fresh, served on a bed of smashed broad beans and drizzled with e.v.o oil.

We absolutely loved the Nduja Fried Sandwich with stringy mozzarella and sweet honey. 

The pasta is made fresh onsite every day, and with gluten-free and vegan options, there's a dish that everyone will love from traditional Carbonara and filled ravioli to slow cooked sausage casarecci and cuttlefish ragu.

The Wild Garlic Pesto Mafaldine is a beautiful dish with long strings of fresh ribbon-shaped pasta in a vibrant green pesto sprinkled with hazelnut and parmesan.

However the showstopper has to be the Whole Lobster Linguine, designed to be shared - it's indulgent and perfect for date night.

Served in a gigantic pot, a whole lobster is served upon a mountains of linguine cooked with white wine, garlic, chilli, baby tomatoes and parsley. It's absolutely stunning and even better when topped with bottarga, a salted cured fish roe delicacy.
