Brunch:

José Pizarro

Tapas Brunch & Bottomless Sangria

Enjoy an incredible brunch like no other, Spanish style, with tapas and bottomless cocktails at José Pizarro.

Located in Broadgate Circle, the restaurant is stylish and sleek, a haven from the hustle of the City and busy Liverpool Street.

Start your brunch with a Sherry Mary, made with Reyka vodka, Pedro Ximénez sherry, Tabasco roots and spices - the perfect mid-morning pick me up.

If you’re tired of the standard bottomless prosecco available at brunches in the city, then this is one for you, with Red or White Sangria and Rimarts Cava 18 Brut Reserva - a deliciously refreshing Spanish cava with notes of green apples and flowers.

The feast begins with the Presa ibérica 5J. One of Spain’s best kept secrets, this acorn-fed ibérico pork is shoulder cut, making it tender and absolutely succulent.

This comes accompanied by Ensalada Verde, a greed salad with honey vinaigrette topped with fresh herbs, and Patatas Al Horno roast potatoes with garlic butter and rosemary.

We loved the Croquetas De Jamón Ibérico. Encrusted in crispy breadcrumbs, these croquettes are delicious and creamy with Ibérico ham.

If you’re still feeling peckish, tempt yourself a few dishes from the tapas menu such as the House Marinated Spanish Olives and Coca Escalivada With Monte Enebro, a flat bread topped with roasted red pepper, aubergine, shallot and goats cheese.

However it’s the Jamón Ibérico you simply have to try, hand-carved and acorn-fed. It’s noted to be one of the best hams in the world and, after tasting it, we certainly understand why.

Try the brunch for yourself and explore the rest of the menu now via the José Pizarro website.
