Elegant All-Day Brunch


Enjoy an elegant all-day brunch at Café Ciel in Whitehall, where you're invited to come early and stay late.

Located at The OVO in the beautiful courtyard of Raffles hotel, this restaurant is stylish yet relaxed with plenty of natural light and outdoor seating.

The menu features a wide range of sweet and savoury all-day brunch dishes, along with seasonal recipes and small bites to share. The Mushroom Croquettes were the perfect appetiser with black garlic mayo.

The Ciel Florentine features a golden griddled potato pave is topped with braised baby spinach and garlic, two perfectly poached eggs and whipped hollandaise. It's a healthy alternative to a fry-up but will leave just as satisfied.

The Smashed Croissant comes topped with crushed avocado, a poached egg, rocket salad and parmesan shavings. You'll never settle for just toast again after tasting the buttery goodness of a smashed and toasted croissant.

If you have more of a sweet tooth when it comes to brunch then you're in for a treat with the incredibly indulgent Ciel French Toast. It's made with brioche stuffed with lemon curd and garnished with an impressive sweet burnt meringue.

Along with artisan coffees, tea and matcha, there's a tempting selection of cocktails to enjoy. The sweetness of the Madeleine Gimlet with Plymouth gin, Beurre Noisette, jasmine and lime cordial paired perfectly with dessert dishes, while the Apple Tart Sour with Monkey 47 gin, Sipello, green apple, salted vanilla, lemon and egg white provided an delicious extra wake up call.
